The Ames True Temper hose king hose reel smoothly guides hoses into place with its sliding guide and heavy-duty crank handle. A storage tray and towel bar add convenience, while the 90-degree water system prevents bending of the 4-1/2-foot leader hose, which includes a brass coupling. This reel mounts to the wall and comes unassembled. It measures 22-by-20.5-by-7.2 inches and weighs 10.5 pounds. Ames backs its hose reel with a 7-year warranty.

It's Got Some Issues:

Ordered this to replace what I thought was the exact same thing. The original lasted for twenty years. The one that arrived had issues. The first thing I noticed was they changed the design slightly. Unfortunately, they didn't update the instructions. Once I figured it out, I completed half the assembly and came to a show-stopper. This item was never delivered to me and since I had to rate it, I gave it 1 star. I ordered it to be shipped to my office where we receive daily UPS delivery. No attempt was made by UPS to deliver this item and since we know our drivers personally, I'm assuming that our driver never had the item in his truck.
I sent 2 emails to Amazon customer service to try to find out what the problem was, but I have received no response from them. I'm VERY disappointed in Amazon and it's sales partners. As for the... more info

I have a similar hose reel wall system made by Sears which is now approximately 20 years young and still going strong. I wanted a second hose reel for our new summerhouse. Unfortunately, the Sears Craftsman hose reel is only a memory and is no longer made. So, the Ames is the closest thing I could find to it in design, quality, and workmanship.
